Ergonomics

Ergonomics is the study of people in their working environment. This is mainly attributed to work related tasks, to create an efficient and safe work environment. Ergonomics can also be applied to home as well, such as home office, where you keep the cat litter, what height you store the dishes, to even the height of the toilet and depth of the couch cushions. Ergonomics is more about how we can adapt the environment that we interact most with to optimize our movement patters and reduce risk of injury.
